Oracle is rapidly expanding it’s cloud footprint, opening a new region every 23 days. We’re partnering with leading ISVs in the AI/ML space including Kinetica and H2O.ai. These products are available through Oracle Marketplace with a simple click to deploy interface. The deployments themselves are based on Terraform, part of Oracle’s commitment to an open cloud ecosystem.

Running these technologies on Oracle Cloud allows you to leverage the data in Oracle applications such as EBS ERP and Micros Point of Sale systems. This unlocks use cases like demand prediction and cross sell up sell. During the session, Ben will detail these architectures and demo deployment on OCI. This will showcase GPU deployments, Terraform and give a sneak peak at some CI/CD work we’re doing.

Ben Lackey leads the Marketplace Partnerships team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This teams works with industry leading ISVs including Cloudera, Confluent and DataStax to build Marketplace listings and Quick Start templates to automate deployment on OCI based on Terraform and Packer. Prior to joining Oracle, Ben worked in cloud partnership at Couchbase and DataStax. His experience in enterprise software includes roles at TIBCO, Terracotta and Software AG.
