Shuttle Service and Traffic Alert

Shuttle service is available between the New York Midtown Hilton, Marriott Marquis and the Javits Center.

Tuesday, September 24: 6:45am - 7:30pm
Wednesday, September 25: 6:45am - 7:30pm
Thursday, September 26: 7:00am – 6:00pm

Tuesday–Thursday: During peak hours (each morning until 10:30am and between 4:30pm – 6:30pm) shuttles will run approximately every 15 minutes. During off–peak hours, 10:30am – 4:30pm and after 6:30pm, shuttles will run approximately every 30 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This year the O’Reilly Strata Data Conference coincides with the meeting of the UN General Assembly. To avoid traffic from road closures and motorcades, we recommend taking the subway—the 7 train stops at Hudson Yards, just a short walk from the Javits Center.

If you’re taking our complimentary shuttle, please allow double the usual travel time. We encourage you to book your hotel as soon as possible, because hotels in Midtown will likely sell out.
