Dan Shappir (He/Him) is the Performance Tech Lead at, focusing on making more than 100 million sites hosted on the Wix platform load and execute faster. Dan has over 25 years of software development experience and has worked on systems ranging from networked multiuser games, to missile trajectory simulations, to designing and building large-scale Web apps. He is a frequent speaker at technical conferences, and a panelist on the JavaScript Jabber podcast. Dan holds an MSc in Computer Science.
