What you'll learn

  • Learn nine self-assessment techniques to start evaluating your UX

Description

Gartner says 85%+ of big data projects will fail. Your own company may have even spent millions on a recent project that isn’t really delivering the value or UX everyone hoped for, even though the team wrote a lot of code and deployed software using Agile, cloud, and the latest tech stack.

Whether you’re a CDO, CAO, head of analytics, or product owner, better design can deliver better business outcomes and indispensable user experiences. Brian O’Neill explains why those who leverage design to prioritize utility, usability, and customer value will realize the best ROIs. And you don’t need to be a designer to get started. Brian shares nine self-assessment techniques you can use today to get your project or service on the right track—and safely outside of Gartner’s 85% pool of failures.
