Yuan has over 10 years of experience in machine learning across multiple industries from teaching computers to detect tumors in the CT images to building an image search engine to serving relevant online advertisements to making selling on ecommerce site easy and efficient. Previously, Yuan worked at Microsoft and eBay. He’s also a frequent speaker at Seattle local AI meetups, evangelizing the technologies and various applications to broader audiences from different backgrounds, inspiring them study and practice in the wave of this new AI technology.
