Are you a hot technology startup? Are you in Europe? Do you have a "new" announcement you want to share with the Web community? On the first night of Web 2.0 Expo Europe we will highlight six companies on the main stage, presented in front of an audience of industry peers, media and VCs. The format is simple, five minutes on stage and a maximum of 15 slides. No demos. Videos are allowed. Companies will be selected by a small committee of judges. This Oktober, O’Reilly Media and TechWeb are co-producing the second Web 2.0 Expo Europe. An influx of visitors from cities and countries across Europe will gather in Germany’s capital city to discuss the latest trends and developments on the Web. In the spirit of Web 2.0, community events are born around a big show. To help visitors keep track of what’s going on and find out about activities they might otherwise miss, Berlin Partner has established a special Berlin Web Week platform this year that gives all organizers an opportunity to publicize their events and enables visitors to find out what’s going on where or submit your own event.

Join Berlin’s official Barcamp – an attendee-created unconference. When you come, be prepared to share with barcampers. When you leave, be prepared to share it with the world.

The Facebook Developer Garage Berlin targets app developers and Internet entrepreneurs. The objective of the event is to provide a platform for exchanging ideas, concepts and best practices about the deployment of web 2.0 applications with special focus on Facebook.
