John Donahoe became the President & CEO of ServiceNow on April 3, 2017. Prior to ServiceNow, Donahoe served as President & CEO of eBay, Inc. from 2008-2015 where he oversaw the eBay, PayPal and eBay Enterprise businesses. During his tenure, eBay’s revenues more than doubled to $18B and market value increased over 250% to $80B. Prior to eBay, Donahoe spent more than 20 years at Bain, becoming the firm’s CEO in 1999. He is currently Chair of the Board of Paypal,and serves on the board of directors of Nike and the Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit advisor and resource for mission-driven organizations and philanthropists.

He is the 47th recipient of the Arbuckle Award, sponsored by the Stanford Graduate School of Business. The Arbuckle recognizes individuals who demonstrate a commitment to both managerial excellence and to addressing the changing needs of society. Donahoe holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Dartmouth and an MBA from Stanford.
