“Be Open, Be Transparent, Be Authentic” are the current leadership mantras–– but companies often push back. Business is premised on the concept of control and yet the new world order demands openness ––leaders do not know how to be open and be in control.

This presentation is geared to people who understand how organizations can benefit from social technologies, but face stiff resistance. We’ll address questions such as how to create a coherent strategy and demonstrate the ROI of that strategy.

We’ll also look at new paradigms for leadership— what changes when you look at traditional customer and employee relationships through the social lens. I’ll lay out the steps that leaders must take to transform their organizations and themselves into being “open” —and exactly what that will mean.
