Adria Richards is an organic technology consultant who helps companies maximize productivity and revenue by teaching them how to streamline their
workflow using technology.
An industry veteran, Adria’s passion for cutting-edge technologies has led
her to partner with some of the largest companies in the business. Since
launching her consulting firm in 2006, Adria has been recognized as a
trusted voice in her field and has been called on by several media outlets
such as The Rachel Maddow Show, NPR, Computerworld, The Associate Press,
Inc.com, Black Enterprise and The Pioneer Press.
Adria’s mission — to make technology accessible — has kept her in demand as
a speaker at blogging and technology conferences across the country. She has
spoken at SXSW, Blogworld, BlogHer, Blogalicous, and Wordcamps.
In 2007 Adria began creating technology curriculum and delivering training
to students taking an 8 week certificaiton course for the Comptia A+ exam,
and in, 2009 she launched Freshworkshops to offer training to busy
professionals on web technologies and cloud apps.
Adria prides herself on helping others embrace their inner geek, and has
helped thousands through technology trainings as well as her popular YouTube
channel.
Through her consulting firm, public speaking appearances, social media
networks, and tech blog, But You’re A Girl, Adria continues to inspire
others to not only embrace technology, but also use it to improve their
lives.
