I’ve had a web metrics title since 2006, but measurement has been critical to all I’ve done in digital as an AOL partner and at Gannett, USATODAY, NPR and now AARP. As a reporter, I wrote for the Wall Street Journal, Washington Times, the Austin American Statesman and the San Antonio Light.
