Cliff is a recognized authority in ecommerce and has helped pioneer the industry. He served as senior vice president for ATG, one of the world’s leading enterprise ecommerce software platform providers before its acquisition by Oracle, and also co-founded iCOMS, the first independent commerce service provider. Cliff has also served as the head of marketing for Lotus Notes before its acquisition by IBM, and as the vice president and service director for Gartner’s largest software practice. Throughout his career he has helped dozens of the world’s best-known brands increase their online revenue and create a tighter community with their customers. At Elastic Path, he is responsible for developing and executing overall business strategy and serves as the general manager for its ecommerce consulting and research division.
