The mention of the words “below the fold” used to elicit an immediate glazing over of eyes, plunging of CPMs and occasionally a sad trombone sound.

More recently, publishers are realizing they can’t afford to outsource all of the deepest interaction to external platforms and have come to discover that such activity frequently occurs just after users have consumed a piece of their content and are primed to react. More often than not this is below the fold of a given web page, and with sharing, commenting, curation and other tools taking residence there, this section commonly sees click rates in excess of 20% and greater mindshare than other page real estate.

We are representatives from leading platforms that power, measure and monetize these actions, and will provide real data, case studies and actionable insights into the ‘Land Down Under.’
