How do the Mobile Handset companies attract consumers and get them to stay with the brand?

Sony Ericsson believes that a strong and personalized user experience is one of the key cornerstones to attract loyal consumers. It’s not only about the design and colors of the UI, but rather about giving consumers intuitive use where we provide them with easy search for content and timely access of a wide variety of information. But this means the information will come from everywhere, in a multitude of shapes and formats. Aggregating a wide spectrum of information requires an open and collaborative approach to mobile development and use of OS platforms and UX framework.

In the session, Sony Ericsson will address these issues and the opening up of mobile development which will benefit the consumers as well as web and mobile developers and UI designers. Today’s mobile phones are evolving fast to keep up with the consumer requirements.
