Establish yourself as an expert in developing and maintaining applications with Kubernetes by becoming a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD). In this 2-day training package, you get one day of on-site test prep followed by the opportunity to take the CKAD exam on-site and leave Velocity with a recognized and valuable new certification from the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF).
This on-site training is not for beginners. In order to pass the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) exam, you will need to prepare in advance by meeting the prerequisites (or some equivalent) listed on this page. When you register for the training, you will be given immediate access to a complimentary six-month subscription to our Safari platform where you can access books, videos, and live online trainings to help you prepare in advance for the exam.
On day one of this 2-day training, our top Kubernetes trainer, Sebastien Goasguen, will walk you through all of the key concepts covered by the official CKAD curriculum. Sebastien is a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer and he knows first-hand what you need to review and practice to pass the exam on your first try.
On the second day, you’ll have the opportunity to take the 2-hour proctored online exam on-site and leave Velocity an official Certified Kubernetes Application Developer. We’ll ask you to choose a time slot: either 9:00 am or 1:30 pm. If you don’t pass the exam on your first try, you will be given the opportunity to retake the online exam at no extra cost on the day and time of your choosing.
All certification fees are included in the training fee.

Both capacities for online trainings have been opened. You may register now.
We are currently working on the online training course issues. We emailed participants a six-month subscription to Safari this morning. This should take care of the first two issues.
I guess that will be fine but let me just state that out of the 4 things to do before:
All participants in this training will be emailed a link to attain their Safari subscription. The email will go out once we have closed the class to participants.
How do I activate the Safari subscription?
How do I get access to the 6 months subscription to safari books? I’ve registered for the training a week ago.
What is the type of examination? Practice(hands-on)? Is multiple choice question?
