Gustavo Franco is a customer reliability engineer at Google working on learning more about, helping to define, and expanding the reach of SRE. He’s been at Google since 2007 and has started, moved, and managed several SRE teams such Google Plus Frontend, BreakFix, Horizon Web, Cluster Turnups, Apps Media, Apps Messaging, G Suite, and Cloud Identity.
