Norm Morrison is responsible for site reliability/performance strategy at Radial. Through the efforts of his extended team, Radial maintains an industry-leading level of availability and performance for the e-commerce properties hosted on the Radial platforms. Norm joined Radial in 2001 and has held various positions leading up to his current role including leading test automation, setting technology direction in the architecture organization, and heading up the Unix administration team during Radial’s early years of rapid growth. Radial has been known by many names over the years, starting with Global Sports in 1999, then GSI Commerce which was acquired by eBay Inc. in 2011, became eBay Enterprise in 2013 and was divested by eBay in 2015. In 2016 the company was renamed Radial.

Norm earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in computer science, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
