Design reviews are the foundation for a successful product or feature launch. In this session we will broach a few of the critical questions Operations asks during the design review process to ensure the design and deployment will result in a sustainable system. We will cover real world examples of the pitfalls of not engaging the operations/infrastructure team early in the process.

We’ll also discuss tactics for improving your design review lifecycle, maintaining checklists, and deciding which system characteristics belong in your organization’s baseline standards.
