Along the way we’ll discuss implementation, analysis techniques, and how the performance team used RUM data to persuade and justify investments in changes that led to improved performance.

At the end of our session we will show you how to set up SOASTA mPulse Lite, a free version of the Real User Measurement tool that was used by the web site in the case study.
