Mark Maun is an engineering director for the Ticketmaster platform. His teams focus on delivering self-service solutions that promote a well-oiled software factory. This includes service-templates, build pipeline tools, code repositories, coverage analysis solutions, and automated testing and monitoring solutions. At Ticketmaster, Mark has transformed over 30 engineering teams from a siloed waterfall structure to a DevOps model advocating self-service production deployments, CI practices, TDD, and business level monitoring.

Mark will talk about his journey at Ticketmaster, where he rolled out tools and automation, and not only made the Ticketmaster software factory more efficient but also invoked cultural change in the workplace.
