Most discussions about mobile apps focus on the technical challenges,
but the business, product, and marketing elements critical to
pursuing, completing, and selling an app are just as important. Learn
what questions to ask yourself and your customers before a single line
of code is written, and learn how to develop an effective product
management approach for your mobile projects.
NOTE: There will be a book signing by Ken Yarmosh towards the close of this workshop.
Ken Yarmosh is the proprietor of a boutique agency focused on building exceptional mobile applications and the author of App Savvy (O’Reilly). Before he got involved with mobile apps, he orchestrated the development of desktop and web applications for everything from financial accounting systems to automated search marketing platforms. Ken has successfully launched national brands in the App Store while also creating his own bestselling apps.

Thought this was one of the most useful sessions I attended. Dispelled a lot of myths, pointed out a lot of places where people can go wrong, and guided me to the road of how to make apps happen! Also thought the “consultant” parts of the session were great ways to drive discussion of real-life situations.
