We're looking forward to another great TOC Conference. For three days, you'll get the inside scoop on what's working (and what's not), what's coming next, how technology is creating both challenges and opportunities in all aspects of the publishing industry—and how you can make these challenges and opportunities work for you. Below is information to help you get the most out of your time at TOC.

The TOC Conference will take place on the following floors:

Registration / Check-In Hours
Stop by TOC Registration to pick up your badge, conference Event Guide, and other materials. Registration is located on the 6th floor of the Marriott Marquis at the Registration Counter.
- Monday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Wednesday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Speaker Lounge / Check-In
If you are speaking at TOC, please stop by the Speaker Lounge to collect your badge, conference materials, and to check in with Shirley Bailes, Speaker Manager. The Speaker Lounge is located in the Plymouth-Royale Room the 6th floor.
Speaker Lounge Hours:
- Monday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Wednesday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Continental Breakfast / Lunch
A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided for TOC attendees each day of the conference. Note: Meals on Monday are available for tutorial attendees only.
Continental Breakfast Hours:
- Monday: 7:30 am – 8:30 am
- Wednesday: 7:45 am - 8:45 am

Wireless Internet Acess
Wireless connectivity to the Internet will be available throughout the conference areas on the sixth and seventh floors of the Marriott Marquis. Internet access in your hotel room is available through the hotel for an additional fee.

ConfLink - Meet Other Attendees and Evaluate Sessions & Tutorials!
We're debuting ConfLink at TOC, a set of website features that allow you to connect with fellow attendees while you are at the conference. ConfLink is brand new set of features, and it's still very much in Beta stage. We encourage you to use it throughout the conference, and give us your feedback.
Once you've opt-ed into ConfLink, you'll be able to:
- Set up your personal profile and post a photo
- Evaluate and comment on sessions
- Create a list of people you want to meet
- Create a list of sessions you'd like to attend
- Send messages to other participating TOC attendees
- Integrate your Twitter account and share your tweets with others
How to Access ConfLink
You will need to opt-in to ConfLink to start using it. Here's how:
- Go to: https://conferences.oreilly.com/toccon/toc2009/user/network
- If prompted, login to your O'Reilly Conferences account with the user name and password you used to register for TOC (note: if you are already logged in, you will skip this step)
- Once logged in, click on the "Participate in ConfLink" button at the bottom of the page.

Speaker Presentation Files and Video
Presentation files and video will be made available on the homepage at the end of the conference. However, please keep in mind some speakers choose not to share their presentations.
