At MarkLogic Fernando is responsible for the creation, communication and implementation of the technical vision for the company in the Enterprise space. He also provides strategic guidance to Enterprise organizations of all sizes from small startups to fortune 500 organizations. He has expertise in the implementation of emerging technologies in large scale systems and is a frequent speaker at technology events and conferences.

Prior to joining MarkLogic, Fernando worked at United Health Group, where he served as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture. He has also held a variety of senior roles in Media and Healthcare corporations.
