Ankur Narang offers an overview of the cutting-edge AI-driven innovations on the Hike messaging platform, such as sticker recommendation with multilingual support—a key innovation driven by sophisticated natural language processing (NLP) algorithms. Sticker recommendation enables effective communication between users without the inconvenience of and the need for a keyboard but requires processing millions of messages across multiple languages and generating semantically relevant recommendations in real time. Ankur also highlights other areas of innovation driven by AI, including vision, fraud detection and mitigation, and personalization.
