Eugene Kolker is Chief Data Officer at Seattle Children’s which consists of the Hospital, Research Institute and Foundation. Dr. Kolker has over 25 years of experience in multi-disciplinary data analysis, predictive analytics and algorithm development. At the Hospital network, Dr. Kolker and his team of data scientists provide analysis services aimed at improving care and reducing costs. With nearly 60 subspecialties and inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and multiple other services, Seattle Children’s is consistently ranked among the nation’s best children’s hospitals. In addition to Dr. Kolker’s work at the Hospital, he also has active research at the Research Institute, ranked among top five in the US. His projects are supported by the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, the Robert B. McMillen Foundation, the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, and Seattle Children’s Research Institute.
