ACOs Case Study: Engaging Physicians to Improve ACO Quality Measures

Michael Gleeson (Arcadia Solutions)
Platforms Salon H-K

In this presentation, Arcadia Solutions, will discuss the challenges we have seen our clients tactile, with a particular focus on the impact compliance and performance against the 22 Clinical ACO Quality Measures have on overall ACO revenue/shared savings.

We will touch on the following topics:

• Need for Daily or Weekly Reporting: To perform in the 70th percentile or higher on the ACO quality measures requires a large transformation initiative with a particular focus on changing physician behavior. Without regular reporting, it is almost impossible to impact change on the timelines required to be a successful ACO.

• Physician Engagement Methodology: Arcadia will talk about the way we engage with individual practices and physicians and how large ACOs can do this at scale across all their physicians.

• Reporting and Compliance Tools: Arcadia will talk about how
you combine clinical data, and claims data to create a complete picture of physician and patient compliance with certain quality measures. In addition, this capability gives you much better insight into patient risk, than claims or clinical data along, and allows you to adopt similar engagement methodologies to tactile Total Medical Expense as well as quality.

Arcadia Solutions may be able to complete this presentation with a client, however, cannot commit to this at this time.
