Dr. Amy Shi-Nash is chief data science officer at Singtel. Amy has 15 years of industry experience in data mining, consumer analytics, loyalty, marketing, and management consulting globally. As the founding member of DataSpark at Singtel, Amy is responsible for driving data science-led innovation and product development, creating disruptive opportunities and new revenue streams, by combining unique Telco assets with advanced analytics and big data technology. Amy holds a Ph.D in data mining and an MBA.
