As a managing director at Accenture Analytics, now part of Accenture Digital, Arnab Chakraborty speaks analytics fluently. He serves as the Global Lead for Industry Analytics in Accenture’s advanced analytics practice and is also responsible for driving the Big Data Analytics practice. Arnab has more than 15 years of rich experience in consulting and business analytics across diverse industry sectors. He has significant leadership experience in strategy formulation, business solutioning, client management, business development, service delivery and operations management. Arnab’s experience in analytics and big data spans across marketing, e-commerce, sales, and supply chain management. 

Before joining Accenture, Arnab played a pivotal role in scaling up enterprise wide analytics capabilities globally for the past ten years at Hewlett Packard (HP) and GE Capital (Genpact). Prior to that, he held leadership positions at KPMG Consulting, Wipro Technologies, and Larsen & Toubro. He has worked across High-Tech and Electronics, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing industries. 

Arnab is recognized as an Edelman Laureate by the prestigious Franz Edelman Committee/INFORMS for his contributions in the field of e-commerce / online analytics. Arnab was voted by Analytics India Magazine as one of the 10 Most Influential Analytics Leaders in India in 2014, and by SSON as one of the top 6 Global Sourcing Think-tank (G6) in Asia in 2012. Arnab is a regular author in the field of analytics and operations research in leading journals and magazines. He is also one of the key industry leaders driving the NASSCOM Analytics Special Interest Group. 

Arnab holds an MBA (Gold Medalist) from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, India and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, India. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management from APICS, USA.

Alexander Prinz

Alexander is the project lead for big data analytics at Lufthansa Airlines and is involved in architecting key analytics transformation initiatives at Lufthansa. An expert in econometrics, Alexander taps into the power of statistical analysis to forecast customer behaviour and develop highly personalised customer interaction such as marketing campaigns and web site personalization. As such Alexander is always looking for new innovative solutions to provide the best possible offers and promotions to customers. Prior to Lufthansa, Alexander worked as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics and was a research assistant at the Institute for Statistics and Econometrics in Mainz, Germany. Previously he worked as an apprentice banker and public relations manager at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt. Alexander is a regular lecturer at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management conducting professional training on statistical traps and analytical possibilities as well as on big data developments. Alexander is listed on the Marquis ‘Who’s who in the world’ list, authored a textbook on econometrics and is regularly published in industry trade journals. Alexander holds a doctorate in econometrics.

Reena Tiwari is an IT leader who delivers technology solutions to solve complex business problems. At Cisco, she is leading a Marketing IT team that is responsible for Data, Analytics, Lead Management, Marketing Operations Automation. In this role, she defined a vision and strategy for marketing big data and is leading the execution with Cisco Marketing business and Marketing IT.
