Subbu has been working with HTTP based APIs for over four years, first at Yahoo! and now at eBay. He has designed and developed many techniques and patterns for effective use of Web protocols for producing and consuming massive volumes of data through APIs. He is also the author of O’Reilly’s “RESTful Web Services Cookbook”. As an architect and the creator of at eBay, he is responsible for improving the way HTTP is consumed by apps and pave way for near-real-time and conversational end user experiences.
