Location: Portland 252 Level: Intermediate
Average rating: ****.

This talk will include:
- what components to mock and how to mock them
- ways to load test data sets at runtime for integration testing
- managing cluster life cycles for integration testing

Though examples and strategies will be Java-based and specific to Apache Cassandra, this talk will be relevant to other NoSQL/big data products as, from an testing perspective, they share many of the same challenges of simulating numerous and complex failure scenarios inherent in a distributed system.
