Frink is a practical programming language and calculating tool

designed to make physical calculations simple. It tracks units of
measure through all calculations, ensuring that answers are correct.
Back-of-the-envelope calculations become trivial, and more complex
physical and engineering calculations become simpler to write and read,
and allow transparent use of any units of measure.

Frink is also a full-fledged programming language that can perform

symbolic mathematics, solve systems of equations, process text, do
object-oriented programming, perform date/time mathematics, do interval
arithmetic, interface with Java programs, and generally make your life
easier and make you look smarter.

Alan’s presentation was the absolute funniest while not lacking the least in technical content. I look forward to learning more about Frink.

It was great. Much better than “Cats”. I’m going to see it again and again.
