Pushdown of joins for MySQL cluster is a feature aim to dramatically broaden the type applications that can use ndb.

  • why joins with ndb sometimes are slow
  • how pushing down of joins work in ndb
  • how the mysqld integration is done and how we hope other storage engines will benefit from our work
  • how this work relates to Batched Key Access (BKA)
