QuantEcon Notes

Moderated by: Trevor Lyon

QuantEcon Notes is an open source notebook sharing platform for economists, students, professors and any other enthusiast of economics.

Users can share and discover notebooks searching by topic, title, author and/or abstract and sort based on votes, date published, number of comments and top trending notebooks. Users can register with a Google, Github, or Twitter account to be able to submit new notebooks or comment and vote on existing ones.

QuantEcon Notes aims to facilitate the sharing and use of open source resources for the study and practice of economics.

Currently, we are in the final stages of the beta version and once version 1.0 is released, we will package up the project itself as an open source project titled “Bookshelf” so that others can deploy their own versions of Bookshelf in their own respective fields.
