Beth is a member of the General Law Division in the General Services Administration’s Office of General Counsel. She advises the agency in all areas of intellectual property, specializing in trademark, domain name, and media law. Beth is acknowledged as a leading legal expert and practitioner in the field of federal agency use of Gov 2.0. You can find her most places online as SheofDC.

Prior to earning her JD and LLM degrees in intellectual property law from the Franklin Pierce Law Center-UNH School of Law, Beth received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in piano performance from Kansas State University. She is the author of two books on intellectual property law and has released two CD’s of classical piano music.
