Transparency can be a powerful tool for attacking hard problems. But transparency alone isn’t enough. Excellent results depend on effective processes, leadership and tools. With these, you can overcome internal resistance and existing processes and beauracracies that may not be optimized for current and emerging challenges. In telling the story of the Smithsonian strategy process, the panel will touch on:
