FreeTech is an “unconference” — where anyone with a FreeTech badge can share knowledge and join in open discussions with the community at large.
This community-driven style of event is designed to share and improve essential skills required to participate in collaborative and innovative projects. The event features a mix of educational presentations and hands-on coaching from experts in participatory communities.
This is a free event for the community, so you can choose your level of participation — just listen, actively participate, or present your own discussion, topic or participatory game (see SuggestedSessions )

For more information, to submit your schedule requests, and to suggest topics, please visit the SuggestedSessions page.
If you are registered for any Etech package you automatically have access to FreeTech. Swing by the Valley Room to drop in to (or put on!) a FreeTech session.
