Payment information

We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. You can also postpone payment if you don't have your conference budget yet or if you need to pay by check, purchase order or bank wire. To select this option, choose "Offline Payment" as your payment method on the registration form. If you have questions please email confreg@oreilly.com for further assistance. Payment is required on or before February 20, 2017.

Cancellation and substitution policy

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by February 20, 2017. Please contact us via email at confreg@oreilly.com. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person by March 6, 2017 by providing authorization to us at confreg@oreilly.com. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of O'Reilly Media, Inc. is limited to the return of paid registration fees.

Photography & video

Our goal is to capture the excitement of our conferences, and you may see photographers or videographers (including ones we’ve hired) documenting this event. Photos or videos taken by or on behalf of O’Reilly may be posted on one or more of our sites or used in future marketing materials and publications. We also encourage attendees to share their conference experiences through social media. It’s possible that you would appear in some of these shots. We invite you to speak directly with any photographer if you have concerns about their activities. Please note that audio and video recording or broadcasting of presentations (keynotes, sessions, tutorials, workshops, and training) by attendees is not permitted.
