We're looking forward to another great O'Reilly Design Conference. Below is information to help you get the most out of your time at this event.
Check in at Registration to pick up your badge and event schedule. Registration is located in the Mezzanine Foyer.
You'll receive your "Design Conference Check-in Code" email the day before the event. This email contains your check-in QR code that you can scan to check in at the conference, either from your smartphone or a printout.
Your badge includes a passive RFID chip that contains an ID number. None of your personal information is stored in your RFID badge. We use the aggregate traffic-flow information from the badges to help us better manage the event. For more details or to opt out, visit the Customer Service desk at Registration after you pick up your badge. Read more.
Check in and collect your badge and materials onsite at the Speaker Lounge, located in the Victorian room.
Make sure to stop by the Sponsor Pavilion to check out the exhibitors displaying the latest in design and related tools and technologies, nonprofits and projects, visit with speakers, and other activities.

The Online Attendee Directory for the O'Reilly Design Conference is now open. See who else will be at O'Reilly Design this year, set up your personal profile, message other attendees, and manage your contacts. You must be registered for the event and have opted–in to the Attendee Directory to begin using it.
Create your own Conference agenda using the personal scheduler function. Mark the presentations and events you want to attend by clicking on the calendar icon next to each listing on the website. You can then access it by clicking on the "personal schedule" link in the Schedule View page. You can also use the Event App to build your daily schedule.
Wireless Internet will be available throughout the conference area. Keep in mind that you're sharing the network with your fellow conference attendees, so please refrain from downloading large files while on the conference network. If you need assistance getting online, please visit the customer service desk in Registration or send a message to @OReillyDesign.
We'll be posting speaker slides as we get them; however keep in mind not all speakers choose to make their slides available for download.
All keynotes, sessions, and tutorials at O'Reilly Design Conference are being recorded (pending speaker consent). This video compilation will be available for viewing in Safari about three weeks after the conference ends. Please note: If you have a Platinum or Gold pass, the video compilation will automatically be added to your O'Reilly Account.
Our goal is to capture the excitement of our conferences, and you may see photographers or videographers (including ones we've hired) documenting this event. Photos or videos taken by or on behalf of O’Reilly may be posted on one or more of our sites or used in future marketing materials and publications. We also encourage attendees to share their conference experiences through social media. It's possible that you would appear in some of these shots. We invite you to speak directly with any photographer if you have concerns about their activities. Please note that audio and video recording or broadcasting of presentations (keynotes, sessions, tutorials, workshops, and training courses) by attendees is not permitted.
Blogging, tweeting, or posting photos? Be sure to tag them with: #OReillyDesign.

You can also rate the sessions you attend on the Event App. Just click the Session Evaluation link on the session description page to submit your rating.
