Danielle Latman is a design researcher at the consulting firm Lextant in Columbus, Ohio. In May 2015, she earned an MBA with a focus on design research and strategy from the Ohio State University. She has over 10 years of writing, editing, and project management experience. Danielle’s strengths are empathy and intellect, which she harnesses to improve user and customer experiences.

Through a design studio at the Ohio State University, a team of graduate design, business, and occupational therapy students worked with a group of five residents at a senior living facility to codesign a new shoe-shopping experience.
