While at a big tech conference on AI, it’s important to reflect on the human components required to create the insight and automation decision making that will be game changing. It’s people and how they relate that determine the success or failure of your organization in the art of producing and mining data and training models that will become game changing. These people have come from varied backgrounds and may work in different towers within an organization. These and other existing and historic factors may lead to conflicting priorities and a definition of success.

Ted Malaska walks you through scenarios and strategies to help these different groups to work together and explains how to evaluate success and sniff out trouble areas. You’ll look through every part of the pipeline to get to AI and ML value and identify who’s involved and how to optimize the interaction points throughout the pipeline—and how to have fun while you work together.
