Formative assessments are a critical tool that help teachers gauge their students progress on a day-to-day basis.
Today the development and exchange of formative assessment content are hampered by inconsistent implementation of the standards that do exist, and silo-ed repositories with static transfer between systems.
Evan Eustace, CTO and Co-Founder at CoreSpring, org will describe how they are building an open library of formative assessment content aligned to new teaching standards, and a suite of tools and open APIs to greatly facilitate the development, distribution and data analysis for traditional and innovative item types.
The talk should be of interest to:
- Teachers, Coaches, District Administrators
- Assessment content developers and publishers
- Software providers developing testing/adaptive-testing systems
Evan Eustace is CTO and Co-Founder at CoreSpring. An Irish transplant to the us since 1995, he’s been building software products here for 17 years, the last 11 of them in education.
