He discovered his affinity for Quality at Tandem, Compaq, and HP, where he worked with some of the most fervent, educated, and entertaining practitioners of Software Engineering in Silicon Valley. His goals are to function as a lubricant or an adhesive as needed and to become one of the best listeners on the planet.
