Stephen Rayment
Bel Air Networks

Steve Rayment, a co-founder of BelAir Networks, brings over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, which includes thirteen years in the wireless arena. At Nortel Networks and Bell-Northern Research, he led the development of broadband wireless products for the MMDS band, the development of broadband multimedia satcom equipment and the design of the industry's first wireless PBX. As co-founder of a consulting firm, he has also worked with operators to deploy new wireless technologies.

Rayment holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University. He also earned a Diploma of Administration from the University of Ottawa and has graduated from the MIT Sloan School's Management of Technology program.
